The Funny Girl star also shares the story of her recent engagement in a visit to Late Night With Seth Meyers.

Funny Girl star Beanie Feldstein visited Late Night With Seth Meyers June 27 to talk about starring as Fanny Brice in the Broadway revival, now playing the August Wilson Theatre, and her recent engagement.

Feldstein came with receipts for her famously life-long fascination with Barbra Streisand and Funny Girl, including a photo from her three-year-old birthday party featuring the Broadway star recreating one of Streisand's iconic looks from the musical's film adaptation. See the photo, and hear the story behind Feldstein's recent engagement to producer Bonnie Chance Roberts above.

Before Funny Girl, Feldstein made her Broadway debut in the recent revival of Hello, Dolly! Her screen credits include Booksmart, Lady Bird, and American Crime Story: Impeachment, along with the upcoming film adaptation of Stephen Sondheim's Merrily We Roll Along. Roberts' credits include co-producing How to Build a Girl (starring Feldstein) and the 2017 short Nether, along with the screen adaptation of Andrew Lloyd Webber's Cats, as head of film for Monumental Pictures.

The producers of Broadway's Funny Girl recently announced that Feldstein will depart the production along with co-star Jane Lynch September 25.
