Atlantic Theater Company's upcoming world premiere musical Days of Wine and Roses is in rehearsals now for its Off-Broadway premiere, and we have the photos to prove it!

The Adam Guettel-Craig Lucas musical, which has already extended before beginning previews, will be led by Kelli O'Hara and Brian d'Arcy James as Kirsten and Joe, respectively, with Michael Greif at the helm. Performances begin May 5 ahead of a June 5 opening night. The production is currently scheduled to run through July 9.

The company also includes Sharon Catherine Brown (Caroline, Or Change) as Mrs. Nolan, Bill English (Anything Goes) as Texan, Olivia Hernandez (Plaza Suite) as Betty, Byron Jennings (Harry Potter and the Cursed Child) as Arnesen, David Jennings (Tina: The Tina Turner Musical) as Jim Hungerford, Ted Koch (To Kill a Mockingbird) as Rad, and Ella Dane Morgan (Waitress) as Lila, with Steven Booth, Nicole Ferguson, Scarlett Unger, and Kelcey Watson as understudies.

Adapted from the 1962 film and a 1958 teleplay, Days of Wine and Roses is somewhat of a Light in the Piazza reunion. Guettel and Lucas previously collaborated on the 2005 musical, with Guettel winning Tony Awards for his score and orchestrations, and Lucas receiving a Tony nod for his book. O'Hara starred and was Tony-nominated for her performance as Clara.

The production will feature choreography by Sergio Trujillo and Karla Puno Garcia, scenic design by Lizzie Clachan, costume design by Dede Ayite, lighting design by Ben Stanton, sound design by Kai Harada, hair and wigs by David Brian Brown, and orchestrations by Guettel and Jamie Lawrence. Kim Grigsby will serve as music director, with Antoine Silverman as music contractor. Casting is by The Telsey Office, and Judith Schoenfeld will be production stage manager.

The production is being presented in association with Alchemation and Mark Cortale, indicating a commercial transfer may be in the works.
