News Jack Noseworthy Will Join Susan Sarandon and Kelli Garner in Lifetime Miniseries "Marilyn" Stage and screen star Jack Noseworthy has been cast in the upcoming Lifetime film "Marilyn," a four-hour miniseries about the late actress and icon Marilyn Monroe, according to Deadline.com.

The cast will also feature Embeth Davidtz, Kelli Garner and Susan Sarandon. The miniseries, which is scheduled to premiere in 2015, is based on J. Randy Taraborrelli's "The Secret Life Of Marilyn Monroe."

"Marilyn" will center on the late Monroe, played by Garner, "who walks red carpets in shimmering gowns while fighting a battle against demons she’s inherited from her mentally ill mother Gladys (Sarandon), whom she loves, hates and wants desperately to save. Marilyn becomes the Face and Voice of an era, yet wants most of all to be someone’s mother and someone’s little girl," according to Deadline.

Jack Noseworthy has been seen on Broadway in A Chorus Line, Jerome Robbins' Broadway and Sweet Smell of Success. His screen credits include "Pearly Gates," "The Lottery," "Pretty Ugly People," "Surrogates," "Julia," "Needlestick," "The Beautiful Life," "Fear Itself," "Phat Girlz," "Undercover Brother," "Poster Boy," "U-571," "Breakdown," "Event Horizon," "The Brady Bunch Movie," "Cecil B. DeMented," "Alive," "Aces N' Eights," "CSI," "Law & Order SVU," "Crossing Jordan" and "Judging Amy."
