Cabaret & Concert News Isaac Mizrahi Returns to Café Carlyle With All-New Nightclub Show, Moderate to Severe The clothing designer and Project Runway All Stars judge will appear this coming January and February at the intimate venue.

Isaac Mizrahi, the fashion designer and performer who has created costumes for several Broadway shows, returns to Café Carlyle in New York City with an all-new cabaret act, Isaac Mizrahi: Moderate to Severe.

From January 30 to February 10, 2018, Mizrahi will perform hits by Charles Aznavour, Blondie, and Bob Dylan. He’ll be backed by a jazz band led by Ben Waltzer. Mizrahi is promising “new, irreverent stories and … a fresh list of songs, not to mention a fresh stock of swag items to regift!”

Mizrahi serves as a judge for the weekly reality series Project Runway All Stars on the Lifetime Network. He designed costumes for three Broadway revivals: The Women (2001), Barefoot in the Park (2006), and The Threepenny Opera (2006), plus ballet and opera companies.

He was the subject and co-creator of the documentary film Unzipped and has hosted his own television talk show.

Performances will take place Tuesday to Saturday at 8:45 PM. The Café Carlyle is located inside the Carlyle Hotel at 35 E. 76th Street in New York City. Tickets cost $80–$140, and can be ordered by clicking here or by calling (212) 570-7120.
