A private industry reading of Tom Alan Robbins' Mystery Box is presented June 19 in Manhattan.

The five-person play stars Theatre World Award winner Wesley Taylor, Tony Award winner Alice Ripley, Theo Stockman, Chasten Harmon and Drama Desk Award winner Dakin Matthews.

Mystery Box, according to press notes, is described as such: “When a series of conceptual pieces from a raw young artist (Taylor) receives raves from the critics, he must struggle to navigate through a minefield of competing demands from his teacher (Matthews), his patron (Ripley), his fiancee (Harmon), and his best friend (Stockman) without losing his soul.”

The reading is being held at Manhattan Theatre Club, located at 311 W. 43rd Street, 8th floor.
